3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • For lost packages, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
